Made-to-Order Products Many of our products are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you upon purchase. As such, made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@finestful.com. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.
Personalized & Custom Items — Final Sale Personalized items (including custom name necklaces and engraved products) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@finestful.com with photos so we can make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order and personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us first at contact@finestful.com so we can guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Note: this right does not apply to personalised/custom-made or made-to-order items under EU consumer law.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@finestful.com
