SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are custom-made to order and typically require 3-5 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days after production
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days after production (varies by country)
Please note: Processing time + shipping time = total delivery time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
International Orders International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@finestful.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
